MOST PEOPLE ASSUME THAT GRILLING MUST TAKE PLACE ON SOME GAS POWERED /COAL BRIQUETTE FIRED BBQ OUTDOOR RIG THAT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE FOR A COOKING SHOW.
WRONG.
YOU CAN MAKE DINNER IN 10 MINUTES
NO PRESSURE
SIMPLE SEASONINGS
INSIDE GRILLING - USING YOUR OVEN ON LOW BROIL
IF YOU ARE IN HURRY BUT WANT TO BE HEALTHY…COME HOME AND GRILL SOME FISH!!!

BUY SOME FISH FROM A REPUTABLE SOURCE. IF SALMON IS YOUR FAVORITE KNOW THAT ORGANIC WILD CAUGHT GRILLS QUICKLY
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO COOK YOUR SALMON

SPRINKLE SOME KOSHER SALT ON THE SKIN SIDE

RUB SOME BLACK PEPPER ON THE FLESH SIDE

PLACE IT IN A GLASS OR STEEL PAN THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH A LITTLE BIT OF OIL (A THIN COATING OF OLIVE OIL IS MY FAVORITE HEALTHY CHOICE FOR SALMON, BUT A THIN COATING OF BLACK SEED OIL (CUMIN) GIVES OOMPH FOR WHITE FLESH FISH )

TURN ON THE LOW BROIL SETTING ON YOUR OVEN AND PLACE YOUR FISH ON THE FIRST RUNGS JUST BELOW THE HEATING ELEMENTS IN YOUR OVEN

WATCH THE FISH
IN 6 MINUTES A ONE INCH THICK PIECE OF SALMON IS SLIGHTLY COOKED
AND IN 10 MINUTES A ONE INCH THICK PIECE OF IS ON THE VERGE OF OVERCOOKING
THERE IS A GENERAL CHART FOR MOST NON-PINK FLESHED FISH

YOU WILL KNOW IF IT IS OVERCOOKED IF YOU START SEEING LITTLE WHITE BALLS (BLISTERS) ON THE FLESH SIDE OF YOUR SALMON

REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND PLACE IT ON YOUR PLATE. FISH UNDER LOW BROIL COOK FOR @ 1-2 MINUTES MORE ON YOUR PLATE SO IF YOU DID 6 MINUTES IT WILL NOT BE RAW. SPRINKLE SOME LEMON JUIC OR EVEN SOME ITALIAN DRESSING OVER YOUR FISH AS WELL AS YOUR SALAD OR OTHER VEGGIES. ENJOY YOUR VERY HEALTHY QUICKLY CREATED FISH BASED MEAL

It is Burger Week in Detroit!

https://www.youtube.com/EFhY9nlAdo4 My visit to Greene's Burgers corner of Orchard Lake and 10 mile Farmington MI You have probalby heard that Royal Oak is losing the Blackfin Pub  which means no more expensive Angus Beef  Burger with Blue Cheese . Burgz is gone, Baggger Daves just folded in Bloomfield Hills, Hogans is gone , and that means ists shake out time. Downtown office people have the food trucks & Shake Shack is around. Rumor has it that the really good burgers are holding onto thier customer base only when they are prices about 10 $ and under. The sliver dollar sized burgers at Greenes cost oly 2.50 and make Hunter House Burgers in Birmingham look heavy handed- they are greasier and land like the grease bombs they are- but if you do not need to soak up beer or kill the munchies- the taste of the burger is Important. . Burger Week is July 30 to August 5th in 2018. With a new American pub burger at 45 Grand River that is worth the trip, and plenty...

Survive plagues Updated: Apr 2020 by Margo Belton for w ww.seafood4unow.com Q: How did they survive plagues and viruses pre-vaccine? A: Adaptogens “ Adaptogen is a name for herbal remedies that have been used for hundreds and sometimes thousands of years. The term adaptogen was originally coined by Russian scientist Dr. Nikolai Lazarev in 1947, during the Soviet search for natural and safe remedies to increase the resistance to biological stress.” https://www.gardeningchannel.com/ultimate-list-of-adaptogens/ In the olden days, The Black Death, also known as the Pestilence, Great Subsonic Plague, the Great Plague or the Plague was avoided by some – especially in Africa. Why? It depended on your access to medical expertise, your love of mice killing cats, and your social distance from people. Unlike the Spanish Flu or Influenza Pandemic of 1918,the Plague was a bacteria not a virus and the Plague caused estimated mortality ranging from 75 to 200 million ...
